Tsepal reports first caesarean case Feb.13 2016

I would like to inform you that first caesarean case has been done successfully today. Nikita Rokaya age of 18 yrs from Simikot-2, has complication during the delivery. She was operated at 11:55 morning. Operation was conducted by Dr. Keshav Bhattarai, anaesthesia Suresh Gajurel, Health assistant Amar Dev and ANM Karmu Lama. The child is male and in good condition. It is possible to operate because we have upgraded the new maternity building. More thing has to be done in order to make permanent OT. I have attached some pictures taken during the Operation.
